Database Compatibility
The Buyout database in this version is compatible with the prior version.
Enhancements
- When adding vendors to a Quote Group, it is now possible to filter the list of vendors by trade.
- When adding vendors to a Quote Group, it is now possible to select more than one vendor at once.
- On the Vendors step, when a Quote Group is selected, and the item summary appears at the bottom of the screen, it is now possible to select one or more items in the list and then assign them to a different Quote Group. Doing so will retain the vendors and pricing associated with the items that are re-assigned. This allows the user to effectively split a Quote Group if needed.
Resolved Issues
- Resolved issue where usage of one of the WBS codes (1 to 40) in Buyout Options – Import Settings (for Quote Group assignment), would result in an error when importing an estimate. This issue has been resolved.
- Resolved issue when sending commitments to Sage 300 CRE Purchasing where the Job field of the order header was not populated. If allowing the Purchasing application to assign the order number (and using the option that prefixes the order number with the job number), this would result in an order number that does not include the job number. This issue has been resolved.
